Replace Card and Card Details (Card Operations)
In the digital age, accessing and managing your card details should be as effortless as a few taps on your smartphone. With the KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app, retrieving your card details and replacing your lost or damaged card is a seamless process.
This guide will walk you through the simple steps to view and manage your card details, or replace your card whenever needed, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
See your Card Details With Just a Few Taps
Easily retrieve your card details with these simple steps:
- Launching the App:
Open your KAF DB app and log in securely.
- Accessing Card Management:
Navigate to the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the Home Screen (Account Dashboard). Select "Manage Card".
- Visiting the “Manage” Tab:
In the “Manage” tab, click on "Card Details".
- Secure PIN Verification:
Enter your 6-digit secure PIN and click "Continue".
- Exploring “Card Details”:
Dive into the details, including your card number, product name, account details, expiry date, CVV (Card Security Code) which is the three-digit number on the back of your card, and more.
How to Replace Your Card
Effortlessly replace your card following these straightforward steps:
- Launching the App:
Log in to your KAF DB app.
- Navigating to Card Management:
Access the three-line Menu icon on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard) and choose "Manage Card".
- Visiting the “Manage” Tab:
In the “Manage” tab, click on "Replace Card".
- Selecting Replacement Reason:
Choose your reason for replacement.
- Viewing Replacement Details:
Explore a page listing the last 4 digits of your card, reason, card type, validity, and issuing bank.
- Optional Remarks:
Add optional remarks (limited to 1000 characters) if needed. An alert will appear if you have exceeded the limit.
- PIN Verification:
Enter your 6-digit secure PIN and click "Continue".
- Acknowledgment Page:
View the success acknowledgment page with a tick symbol.
- Returning to Card Management:
Click "Login" to return to the Card Management screen.
PIN Attempt Limit
Should you exhaust 5 attempts at entering your PIN, you'll need to redo your e-KYC (online identity verification) process, ensuring the security of your account through identification document (ID) verifications, facial recognition (face scan verification), and liveness checks (live identity verification).
