With biometric identification via Face ID or Fingerprint Recognition, accessing your account is fast, simple, and highly secure. Let’s walk you through our intuitive login process that ensures a smooth journey into your banking dashboard.
Login Process
1. Launch the App
Tap to open the KAF DB mobile app on your device.
2. Biometric Authentication
Authenticate using Face ID or Fingerprint, based on your device’s supported biometric feature.
3. Welcome to Your Dashboard
Upon successful biometric verification, you'll be directed to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
4. Biometric Authentication Failure
If biometric verification fails three times, you will be prompted to log in using your 6-digit Secure PIN.
5. Secure PIN Attempts
You are allowed up to five attempts to enter the correct PIN.
6. Cooling-Off Periods
After repeated failed attempts, a cooling period will be enforced. The wait time increases with each set of failed logins.
7. PIN Lockout
After five failed PIN attempts, the PIN login feature will be disabled for security purposes.
8. Account Recovery
To regain access, you’ll be required to complete the e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) process, similar to your initial onboarding.
