With a go-to biometric identification using Face ID or Fingerprint recognition, accessing your account is quick and secure. Let's jump into our user-friendly login process, designed to ensure a smooth journey into your banking dashboard.
Login Process
- Tap on Login:
Initiate the login process.
- Biometric Identification:
Face ID or fingerprint recognition page will appear.
- Successful Login:
Successfully logged in users will be navigated to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
- Biometric Failure:
In case of 3 times of failure, you are pleased to log in using the 6-digit PIN.
- Secure PIN Attempts:
Users have a maximum of 5 attempts to use the Secure PIN.
- Cooling Periods (Waiting Periods):
Wait for cooldown periods if needed - increasing with failed attempts.
- PIN Disabling:
After five failed attempts, the system disables the PIN authenticator.
- Account Recovery:
To recover the account, redo the e-KYC (online identity verification) process as during the first onboarding process.
