Updating your nickname is important, as it will be embossed on your physical debit card.

You can update your preferred nickname in the KAF Digital Bank app.

Steps

1. Launch the KAF Digital Bank app
2. Tap ‘More’ on the bottom panel
3. Tap ‘Settings’ and click ‘Personal Details’
4. Tap ‘Update’ on the top right-hand corner
5. Under the ‘Personal Details’ tab, there should be a field for ‘How should we address you?’
6. Once you have decided on your nickname, click ‘Save’

Your nickname has been updated and is now live!
