How do I replace my debit card-i?
You can request a debit card-i replacement through the KAF Digital Bank app. Please note that a card replacement fee may apply. [View our full list of Fees and Charges here.]
Steps to replace your card in the mobile app
- Launch the KAF Digital Bank app
- Tap ‘More’ on the bottom panel
- Tap ‘Manage Card’
- Tap on “Replace Card” and you will be guided through the process
Your new card will be delivered to you within 7 - 14 working days, and you can activate it once it arrives.
