New Transfer via your account dashboard: 

1. Launching & Logging In: 

• Open the app and log in securely using your biometric.

2. Clicking Specific Account: 

• Click on your account number on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

3. Navigating to the “Transfer” Menu: 

• Click on the "Transfer" option within the Individual Account Dashboard.

4. Selecting New “Bank Transfer”:

• In the Choose Transfer Method screen, choose the "New" tab and select "Bank Transfers".

5. Choosing Account & Amount: 

• Select the account from the dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click "Continue".

6. Specifying “KAF DB Account” Details: 

• Choose "KAF DB Account," enter the account number, recipient name, transfer frequency, transfer date, and reference.

7. Optional: Add to Favourites: 

• Toggle the switch to add the beneficiary to your “Favourites”.
