1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the KAF Digital Bank and POD Financial Literacy Lucky Draw Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating, you agree to follow these Terms. If you disagree, please do not participate.

2. Organiser

The Campaign is organised by KAF Digital Bank Sdn. Bhd. ("KAF Digital Bank") in collaboration with SaphX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("POD") (collectively referred to as “Organisers”).

3. Campaign Period

• The Campaign runs from a start date to a closing date, both of which will be announced on KAF Digital Bank's official social media channels (e.g., X, Instagram, Facebook). 
• KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to revise the Campaign period and participation requirements with prior notice, and to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria within the stipulated timelines. 
• You must register your interest before the public launch of KAF Digital Bank, with the exact date announced on KAF Digital Bank's social media.
• Other steps, including completing a KAF Financial Literacy article and onboarding with the KAF Digital Bank app, must be completed before the Campaign closes.

4. Eligibility

• Open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above who meet the eligibility requirements to open a Savings Account with KAF Digital Bank, in accordance with applicable laws and the Bank’s prevailing account opening policies. 
• Employees of KAF Digital Bank and SaphX Technologies are not eligible.
• If you are a Perintis Phase User with an existing KAF Digital Bank account, you are automatically eligible and do not need to re-register interest.
• We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Campaign if you provide false information, attempt to manipulate it (e.g., via fraudulent accounts), violate our terms, or engage in any suspicious activity.

5. How to Enter

To participate, you must:

1. Register your interest at KAF Digital Bank's website before the public launch. The exact date will be announced on KAF Digital Bank's social media.
2. Download the POD Savings app from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Use the same email address for your POD Savings app account as you used for KAF Digital Bank registration.
4. Complete at least one KAF Financial Literacy article in the POD Savings app to earn your lucky draw entry (confirmed by receiving reward points).
5. After the public launch, complete the full onboarding process in the KAF Digital Bank app before the Campaign closes.

Important: You must register your interest before the public launch to be eligible for the lucky draw. Late registrations will not qualify, even if you complete other steps.

6. Prizes

• Prizes include merchandise, vouchers, gadgets, and other rewards, as detailed in Campaign announcements on KAF Digital Bank's social media and website. All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and may differ in appearance or description from any promotional materials. 
• The total number and value of prizes will be shared separately via official channels.
• Each participant can win only one lucky draw prize but may earn additional in-app rewards through the POD Savings app.
• KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to change the prize structure or distribution mechanics prior to the selection of winners. Any material changes will be communicated via official channels. 
• All decisions made by KAF Digital Bank in relation to the Campaign, including the selection of winners and interpretation of these Terms, are final and binding. No appeals, correspondence or disputes will be entertained.  

7. Entry and Odds

• You receive one entry into the lucky draw by completing at least one KAF Financial Literacy article within the POD Savings app, and meets all other eligibility requirements under these Terms, will receive one entry into the Campaign lucky draw.
• Completing additional articles does not increase your entries, as each participant is limited to one entry.
• Multiple registrations or entries by the same individual using different accounts, email addresses or identities are strictly prohibited. KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in such conduct.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Campaign closing date.

8. Selection of Winners

• Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by KAF Digital Bank following Campaign closure.
• The Organiser's decision on all Campaign matters, including winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.

9. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified via an in-app notification in the KAF Digital Bank app and an email to their registered address.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct and notifications are enabled. The Organisers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in notification due to incorrect or outdated contact information, user-side settings or other circumstances beyond its control.

10. Claiming Prizes

• Winners must claim prizes within 30 days from the date the first notification is sent by KAF Digital Bank via in-app message and/or email.
• Winners may need to provide verification (e.g., proof of identity) to claim prizes. Failure to provide such verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• If a winner fails to claim the prize within the 30-day period, or fails the verification process, the prize will be deemed forfeited. KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed or forfeited prize at its sole discretion. No compensation will be provided for forfeited prizes. 

11. General Terms

• Participation is free; no purchase is required.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• KAF Digital Bank may substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if needed. Substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of KAF Digital Bank and shall not entitle participants to any claim or compensation.
• Participants must follow all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
• To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation or prizes.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

• By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data (including but not limited to your name, email address and other relevant contact or identification information) may be collected, used, processed and disclosed by the Organisers solely for the purposes related to the administration, execution and promotion of this Campaign, including but not limited to verifying eligibility, contacting winners, prize fulfilment and related communications.
• The Organisers shall process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and their respective privacy policies, which are available at their official websites. You are encouraged to read these privacy policies to understand how your data is handled. 
• Your personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers engaged by the Organisers (eg. marketing agencies, courier service providers, IT vendors) strictly for the purposes stated above, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
• You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data held by the Organisers, and to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent may disqualify you from continued participation in the Campaign. 
• If you wish to access, update, correct or withdraw consent to the use of your personal data, you may do so by contacting support (see Section 15).
• Except as required or permitted by law, your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. 

13. Organiser's Rights

• KAF Digital Bank may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Campaign page or announced via official channels.
• KAF Digital Bank may cancel, terminate, or modify the Campaign or disqualify participants at its reasonable discretion, including in response to fraud, technical issues, regulatory restrictions or other events beyond its control that may impact the fairness or security of the Campaign. 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
