What is this campaign about?

This is a special initiative by KAF Digital Bank to celebrate our 4th month launch milestone. We are rewarding customers who upgrade their savings account to the Premium Savings Account-i (PSA-i) tier during the Campaign Period.

How do I participate?

The steps depend on when you opened your KAF Digital Bank account:

1. If you are a New Customer (on or after 1 Dec 2025):
   • Open your KAF Digital Bank Savings Account and complete activation. 
   • Apply for the Premium Savings Account-i uptiering, which includes providing additional KYC documents.
   • Final Step: Ensure your Premium Savings Account-i upgrade is completed before the deadline to earn the RM8.00 cashback reward.
2. If you are an Existing Customer (before 1 Dec 2025):
   • You must have opened your account before 1 December 2025.
   • Complete the steps to upgrade to the Premium Savings Account-i tier 
     (application for uptiering with additional KYC documents).
   • Final Step: Ensure your Premium Savings Account-i upgrade is completed before the deadline to earn the 800 POD Points.

Important Note: The typical timeframe for completing the upgrade to Premium status is about 24 hours. This involves 6 hours for initial steps and 18 hours for document verification. You must complete your upgrade before 11:59:59 PM Malaysia time on 18 December 2025.

Who is eligible?

• New Customers: Those who onboard on or after 1 December 2025. They are eligible for the RM 8.00 cashback reward if they complete the uptiering before the deadline.
• Existing Customers: Those who onboarded prior to 1 December 2025. They are eligible for the 800 POD Points if they complete the uptiering before the deadline.

What is the reward?

The reward depends on your customer status:

• POD Points: POD Points are the loyalty reward points associated with KAF DB. They may be exchanged in the POD app for a variety of rewards for vouchers, including coffee and petrol.
• To earn POD Points, customers are required to download the POD app and open an account with POD.
• To ensure your KAF DB reward points are credited succesfully to the POD Savings app, you must register for both KAF Digital Bank and the POD App using the exact email address.

When is the deadline?

The campaign period runs between 1 December 2025 to 18 December 2025. All steps, including the Premium upgrade, must be completed before 11:59:59 PM Malaysia time on 18 December 2025.

How will I receive my reward?

• Cashback Reward RM 8.00: The cashback reward would be credited to the customer's account within 8 days after the closing of the campaign.
• POD Points 800: The POD Points would be credited to the customer's POD account within 8 days after the closing of the campaign.
• There are no limits to the number of rewards for this campaign.
