This guide outlines the simple steps to smoothly transition to the Premium tier, ensuring you unlock a higher level of banking sophistication.

Upgrade Steps from Basic Plus Savings Account-i to Premium Savings Account-i  

1. Launch & Log In: Open the KAF DB app and log in securely using your preferred biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID).
    
2. Navigate to Menu: Tap the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the App Dashboard.
    
3. My Tier: You should land on your current tier page, which should currently be Basic Plus.
    
4. Uptiering: Click on the “Premium” tab to view the tier benefits, then tap the "Upgrade Now" button at the bottom of the screen.
    
5. Upload Documents: Please upload any one of these supporting documents displayed on the screen:
   i) Latest 3 months bank statement
   OR (one of the following)
   ii) Latest payslip
   iii) Latest EA form
   iv) Latest commission statements
   v) Latest EPF detailed statements
    
6. Verification: We will now process your request for uptiering. You will receive an email when your uptiering application is approved, and then you should have full access to your Premium account!
