Notification Methods
- Self-exploration
Navigation to My Tier Interface
Whether you click through a secure message, email’s deep link, push notification, or in-app marketing banner, you will be directed to the My Tier interface.
Upgrade Steps by Self-exploration
- Launching App and Login:
Open the application and log in using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID).
- Navigating to My Tier:
Go to the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the App Dashboard.
- Selecting My Tier:
Choose the "My Tier" option from the menu.
- Identifying Current Tier:
Identify your current Tier by tapping on the “Basic Plus” or “Premium” tab.
- Checking Upgrade Eligibility:
If the "Upgrade Now" button is clickable, you are eligible to upgrade your tier to the next level.
- Initiating Upgrade:
Tap on "Upgrade Now".
- Providing Documents:
Upload the necessary documents.
- Submit:
Tap the "Submit" button.
- Acknowledgement Page:
A page will appear stating "Success!".
- Return to My Tier Interface:
Tap "Done" to return to the My Tier interface.
- Verification Process:
Relax while we verify your information. The status (Approved or Rejected) will be communicated through an email notification.
