Funds Transfer - Bank Transfer to Non-KAF Digital Bank Account
You can easily transfer money from your KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app. Our step-by-step guide is designed to ensure seamless and hassle-free transactions. New Transfer via your account dashboard:
- Launching & Logging In:
- Open the app and log in securely using your biometric.
- Clicking Specific Account:
- Click on your specific account number on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
- Navigating to the “Transfer” Menu:
- Click on the "Transfer" option within the Individual Account Dashboard.
- Selecting New “Bank Transfer”:
- In the Choose Transfer Method screen, choose the "New" tab and select "Bank Transfers".
- Choosing Account & Amount:
- Select the account from the dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click "Continue".
- Specifying “KAF DB Account” Details:
- Choose “Other Bank” in the “Recipient Account” and choose the preferred “Recipient Bank”, enter the account number, and include your reference. Once completed, click “Continue”.
- Optional: Add to Favourites:
- Toggle the switch to add the beneficiary to your “Favourites”.
- Reviewing & Confirming:
- Recheck all details on the Confirmation Screen before transferring & approving your transaction.
- Acknowledgement:
- View the acknowledgement screen for transaction status (Success/Failure). Perform other transfers or share the receipt as needed.
