Manage Favourites: Streamlining Your Recipient List

1. Launching & Logging In: 

• Open the app and log in securely using your biometric.

2. Clicking Specific Account: 

• Click on your specific account number on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

3. Access the Settings Menu.

• Click on your settings.

4. Manage Favourites

• Navigate to “Manage Favourites”

5. Favourite Details

• Click Edit and include your Favourite detail,s including Nickname

6. Saving your Favourite

• Save your Favourite details. 

Transfer to Your Favourites: 

1. Launching & Logging In: 

• Open the app and log in securely using your biometric.

2. Clicking Specific Account: 

• Click on your specific account number on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

3. Navigating to the “Transfer” Menu: 

• Click on the "Transfer" option within the Individual Account Dashboard.

4. Selecting New “Bank Transfer”:

• In the Choose Transfer Method screen, choose the "New" tab and select "Bank Transfers".

5. Choosing Account & Amount: 

• Select the account from the dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click "Continue".

6. Specifying “KAF DB Account” Details: 

• Choose “Other Bank” in the “Recipient Account” and choose the preferred account that you have favourited. Once completed, click “Continue”.

7. Reviewing & Confirming: 

• Recheck all details on the Confirmation Screen before transferring & approving your transaction.

8. Acknowledgement: 

• View the acknowledgement screen for transaction status (Success/Failure). Perform other transfers or share the receipt as needed.
