Terms and Conditions “DuitNow QR Scan & Collect” Campaign

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Scan & Collect” Campaign (“Campaign”) organised by KAF Digital Bank Berhad (202301012417 (1506339-M)) (“KAF Digital Bank”) in collaboration with SaphX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“POD”).
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Organiser
The Campaign is jointly organised by:
- KAF Digital Bank
- POD
(“Collectively referred to as “Organisers”).
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign Period will run from 8 August 2025 until further notice.
Any changes to the Campaign mechanics or eligibility criteria will be announced through KAF Digital Bank's official channels.
KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period and mechanics with prior notice.
4. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, except for employees of KAF Digital Bank and POD, who meet all the following criteria:
- Hold a valid KAF Digital Bank savings account;
- Have completed the full onboarding process with the POD app; and
- Have both accounts registered under the same NRIC number.
- Must opt in for marketing consent within the mobile app
5. How to Participate
To earn POD points under this Campaign, you must:
- Download the KAF Digital Bank app from the Apple app Store or Google Play Store and complete onboarding.
- Download the POD app from the App Store or Google Play and complete onboarding.
- Ensure both apps are registered under the same identity (NRIC number); and
- Make a DuitNow QR payment to merchants only, via the KAF Digital Bank app.
6. Earning Reward Points
- Minimum spend to earn rewards points: RM5 per transaction.
- Rewards Points awarded: 10 points per eligible transaction.
- Daily maximum rewards points: 80 points per customer per day, regardless of the number or value of transactions.
- Only DuitNow QR payments to merchants are eligible. Transactions made with the KAF Digital Bank virtual debit card, bill payments, fund transfers, or other non-merchant payments are not eligible.
Point Acquisition (Section 6)

The minimum spend to earn points is: RM5 per transaction.
Points awarded: 10 points per eligible transaction.
Daily maximum: 80 points per customer per day, regardless of the number or value of transactions. Only QR payments to merchants are eligible. Transactions made with a KAF Digital Bank virtual debit card, bill payments, fund transfers, or other non-merchant payments are not eligible.
Point acquisition is limited to one (1) reward (10 points) for each unique merchant per day. Repeated transactions with the same merchant on the same day will not yield additional points.
7. Rewards
Reward Points earned will be credited to your POD account and can be redeemed for vouchers or offers within the POD app.
All redemptions are subject to POD’s voucher terms and availability.
8. General Conditions
- Participation in this Campaign is free; no registration fee or purchase is required beyond eligible transactions.
- Rewards Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and have no monetary value outside the POD platform.
- KAF Digital Bank and POD reserve the right to reverse or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, or system errors.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
By participating in this Campaign, you consent to KAF Digital Bank and POD collecting and processing your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and their related privacy policies, for the purpose of this Campaign administration, rewards point allocation and communication of relevant updates.
10. Organiser’s Rights
The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Campaign at any time with prior notice via official channels.

11. Governing Law
This Campaign is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
