1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the "Scan & Collect" Campaign ("Campaign") organized by KAF Digital Bank Berhad in collaboration with SaphX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("POD").

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

2. Organiser

The Campaign is jointly organised by:

  • KAF Digital Bank Berhad ("KAF Digital Bank")
  • SaphX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("POD")

3. Campaign Period

This Campaign is an ongoing initiative starting from August 8, 2025, until further notice.

Any changes to the Campaign mechanics or eligibility criteria will be announced through KAF Digital Bank's official channels.

KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to amend the Campaign Period and mechanics with prior notice.

4. Eligibility

This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above who:

  • Hold a valid KAF Digital Bank savings account; and
  • Have completed the full registration process in both the KAF Digital Bank and POD apps.

Employees of KAF Digital Bank and POD can participate but are excluded from any promotional prizes outside of this Campaign.

5. How to Participate

To earn POD points under this Campaign, you must:

  • Download the KAF Digital Bank app from the App Store or Google Play and complete registration.
  • Download the POD app from the App Store or Google Play and complete registration.
  • Ensure both apps are registered under the same identity (NRIC number).
  • Make DuitNow QR payments to merchants only, through the KAF Digital Bank app.

6. Earning Points

Minimum spend to earn points: RM5 per transaction.

Points awarded: 10 points per eligible transaction.

Daily maximum: 80 points per customer per day, regardless of the number or value of transactions.

Only QR payments to merchants are eligible. Transactions made with the KAF Digital Bank virtual debit card, bill payments, fund transfers, or other non-merchant payments are not eligible.

7. Rewards

Points earned will be credited to your POD account and can be redeemed for vouchers or offers within the POD app.

All redemptions are subject to POD's voucher terms and availability.

8. General Conditions

  • Participation in this Campaign is free; no registration fees or purchases other than eligible transactions are required.
  • Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and have no monetary value outside the POD platform.
  • KAF Digital Bank and POD reserve the right to reverse or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, or system errors.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By participating, you consent to KAF Digital Bank and POD collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, awarding points, and communicating related updates.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the organizers' privacy policies.

10. Organisers' Rights

The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Campaign at any time with prior notice through official channels.

11. Governing Law

This Campaign is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
