Terms and Conditions: WelBekYe (Second Chance) 2026 Campaign
1. Campaign Period
The KAF DB Second Chance Campaign commences on March 6, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This Campaign is open exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of entry:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen holding a valid NRIC.
- Must be aged 18 years and above.
- Must be a recipient of the official Campaign retargeting email (the "Original Retargeting List").
3. Reward Criteria (The "Incentive")
Eligible participants will receive 500 POD Points (“Reward”) upon fulfilling the following conditions:
- Successful Onboarding: Complete the full onboarding process via the KAF DB Mobile App (v3 Update) on or after March 3, 2026.
- Account Activation: Pass all e-KYC (Electronic Know-Your-Customer) verifications and perform the required initial deposit to move the account to "Active" status.
- Email Matching: Participants must use the same email address for their KAF DB account registration as the one used for their POD Smart account to facilitate point crediting.
4. Fulfilment of Rewards
- Points will be credited to the participant’s POD Smart account within 24–48 hours after the weekly data verification.
- POD Smart may use the registered Mobile Number to contact the participant via SMS/Push Notification to confirm the points have been successfully credited.
5. General Conditions
- Each eligible participant is entitled to a one-time reward of 500 POD Points only.
- The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.
- KAF DB reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operating in a fraudulent manner.
- KAF DB and POD Smart reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign or its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to KAF DB sharing their Full Name, NRIC, Mobile Number, and Email Address with POD Smart for the sole purpose of reward fulfilment and related communication.
