SecureKAF: Protecting Your Transactions
Say goodbye to waiting for SMS! SecureKAF protects your banking transactions through state-of-the-art encryption integrated directly into your KAF Digital Bank app. Every transaction, regardless of amount—whether RM1 or RM1,000—mandates your authorisation by simply tapping "Approve" or "Decline" on the SecureKAF pop-up on your mobile device.
Double-Layer Security for Larger Transactions
At KAF Digital Bank, we prioritise your security for all transactions, including interbank, intrabank, and your VISA KAF Digital Bank Debit Card-i transactions (both Card-Present and Card-Not-Present).
For transactions between RM0.01 and RM9,999, we only need your authorisation through the SecureKAF decision page, which ensures a swift and effortless experience.
Now, for transactions RM10,000 and above, we've introduced an exciting feature called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). To approve these larger transactions, you'll need to authorise through the SecureKAF decision page and take a selfie for the transaction to go through. Think of it as a special handshake for your finances! Rest assured, your funds are safeguarded with our user-friendly and secure authentication process.

KAF Digital Bank ensures you are always informed by providing real-time transaction alerts. You'll receive immediate notifications for every purchase and every attempted transaction, keeping you well-informed about your account activity.
Manage Your Security
Lock Your Account (Disable e-Banking Access)
Disabling your e-banking access (activating the account lock feature) is a crucial security measure. It allows you to immediately deactivate or block the application if you suspect any suspicious banking activity or find a transfer not authorised by you. This action will temporarily stop all banking activity (or specifically block any fund transfer activity or activity involving your account), giving you peace of mind while protecting your bank account.
If you temporarily suspend your e-banking access due to suspicious transactions, KAF Digital Bank will facilitate the process. You can lock your account by deactivating e-banking access directly in the application. Remember to contact KAF Digital Bank to restore your banking access.
Lock Card
Have you ever lost your card or forgotten where you put it? The thought of your card falling into the wrong hands can trigger panic. Our "Lock Card" feature in the KAF Digital Bank application allows you to temporarily freeze transactions or the usage of your card. This feature was created to better safeguard cards from unauthorised access and fraud.
With this feature, you don't have to worry too much or frantically call our Customer Service Centre; you can do it directly from your app. Our system will temporarily lock your cards, blocking all incoming and outgoing transactions on your debit card-i. This effortlessly prevents a thief (in the case of a stolen card) or an unknown person from making fraudulent charges.
Locking a card can also reduce the hassle of reporting later if there are fraudulent charges. What's even better is that this feature is easier to use and handle if you simply misplace a card and are likely to find it. Locking it is less trouble than cancelling a card and being issued a new card number, which could affect auto-debit transactions, standing order/standing instruction transactions, or even autopay billing accounts.

- Log in to your KAF Digital Bank account on your mobile app.
- Click on the three-dotted menu "More".
- Choose "Manage Card".
- Choose "Lock Card".
