Details and Documents that Need to be Provided on Every Tier

Embarking on a journey with KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) opens doors to a progressive, tiered banking experience. Each tier introduces enhanced features and a deeper understanding of your financial profile. From the Basic Plus Tier, where you lay the foundation, to the Premium Tier, we explore the evolving details that align with your financial growth.

 

Here's a breakdown of the details needed in each tier

 

Basic Plus  

  • Profile details (Full name, nickname, date of birth, nationality, identification type, NRIC number/passport number).
  • Contact details (email address and mobile number).
  • Address details (Full address including postcode, city, state and country).
  • Monthly income level.
  • Occupation details (current occupation, nature of occupation, occupation industry, name of employer, purpose of opening account and source of funds).

 

Premium

Acceptable supporting document on the occupation details provided beforehand:

  • Payslip.
  • Remuneration Statement for Private Employees / EA form (employment income summary).
  • Monthly commission statement.
  • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) statement.
  • Latest 3-month bank statement.

 

My Profile (Profile Settings) 

 

Editable information after account activation

  • Profile details (Full name, nickname, date of birth, nationality, identification type, NRIC number/passport number).
  • Contact details (email address and mobile number).
  • Address details (Including postcode, city, state, and country).
  • Occupation details (monthly income, occupation, occupation industry, nature of occupation, employer name, purpose of opening account, source of income earned).

 

Non-editable documents after the account is successfully upgraded to Premium 

  • Payslip.
  • Remuneration Statement for Private Employees / EA form (employment income summary).
  • Monthly commission statement.
  • Employee Provident Fund (EPF) statement.
  • Latest 3-month bank statement.
