Registering a New Device or Upgrading: A Hassle-Free Guide
- Login Initiation:
Enter your username and click “Login” to begin the process.
- Device Unfamiliarity:
Encounter the message "This device seems unfamiliar" and proceed.
- Register Device:
Tap "Register Device" to facilitate the setup.
- Device Upgrade:
Choose "No, I Did Not Lose My Device" for a smooth upgrade.
- SecureKAF Approval:
SecureKAF will pop up on your old device. Tap "Approve" to start the device upgrade.
- Email Confirmation:
Receive an email confirming the device upgrade.
- Biometric and PIN Setup:
Set up your biometric and a 6-digit PIN on the new device.
- Voila! Access Granted:
You can now log in to your new device effortlessly.
- Upgrade Success Confirmation:
Receive another email confirming the successful upgrade of your new device.
Note:
- If SecureKAF on the old mobile is unsuccessful, you'll be redirected to the login screen.
- Once the device is upgraded, the old device can no longer be used.
