Receive Funds by DuitNow QR Pay
Welcome to the world of quick and convenient payments with QR Pay on the KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app. Whether you're at the Pre-login page, Individual Account Dashboard, or Transfer Menu, making payments has never been easier.
We'll walk you through the simple steps to initiate a payment using QR Pay, ensuring a simple and secure transaction experience.
From your account dashboard:
- Launching the Application and Biometric Log In:
- Open the mobile application on your device.
- Upon launching, the application will prompt you to log in. To access your account securely, use the configured biometric authentication method (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition).
- Navigating to “QR Pay”:
- Once you are logged into your account dashboard, look for the "QR Pay" icon. This is usually located in the main navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and often features a stylised QR code symbol. Tap on the "QR Pay" icon.
- Select “Receive” :
- Within the QR Pay interface/scanner, look for and tap on the "Receive" tab
- Your Personal QR Code:
- The app will generate your personal DuitNow QR code. This code contains your receiving account information..
Sharing Your QR Code to receive payment (Optional):
- Tap "Share":
- On the "Receive" screen, you will see a "Share" button. Tap on this button if the sender cannot physically scan your screen.
- Choose Sharing Method:
- A pop-up menu with various sharing options will appear. You can choose to share your QR code image through the sharing methods listed in the application.
- Send the QR Code:
- Select your preferred method and send the QR code image to the sender. Sender can then upload or scan this image using their banking app to send you money.
By following these steps, you can easily make and receive payments using the convenient QR Pay feature within your KAF Digital Bank application. Remember to always double-check the recipient's details before confirming any payment.
