How to Update Your Personal Information in the App
Keeping your information up-to-date helps us ensure your account is secure and you receive important communications.
Follow these simple steps to update your Profile Picture, Contact Details, Address Details, and more within the app.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the app and tap the "More" button, usually found in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select "Settings".
- Choose "Personal Details".
- On the next screen, tap the "Update" button located at the top right of the screen.
You will be presented with a list of categories to choose from:

Upload or change your current profile photo. |

Change your nickname only |
Contact Details |
Update your email address and phone number |

Update your residential or mailing address |
Occupation |
Update your income, occupation, employer details, purpose of account opening, and source of income. |
Important: The nickname you enter will be used as the name printed on a physical debit card. If you want your card to show a specific name, please set the nickname accordingly.
For some changes, such as updating your occupation details or your mobile number, you may be required to enter your PIN for confirmation. Changing your mobile number will also require an SMS OTP sent to the new number for validation.
Once your information has been successfully updated, a prompt will appear on your screen that says: "Profile Successfully Updated".
