Here’s a quick guide on how to lock and unlock your card using the KAF DB mobile application.
How to Lock Your Card
Follow these steps to lock your card when needed:
- Launching the App:
Open your KAF DB app and log in securely.
- Accessing “Card Management”:
Navigate to the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the App Dashboard. Select "Manage Card".
- Go to the “Manage” Tab:
Within the “Card Management” screen, locate the “Lock/Unlock” card switch in the “Manage” tab. Proceed to click on the item to lock/unlock the card.
- Confirming Your Action:
A confirmation alert will pop-up. Click "Continue" to finalise the locking/unlocking process.
- Viewing the Lock / Unlock Card Switch:
Return to the “Card Management” screen, and you'll notice the Lock/Unlock Card switch indicating your card is securely locked.
How to Unlock Your Card
Unlocking your card is just as easy:
- Launching the App:
Log in to your KAF DB app.
- Navigating to Card Management:
Access the three-line Menu icon on the App Dashboard and choose "Manage Card".
- Visiting the “Manage” Tab:
In the “Manage” tab, find the “Lock/Unlock” card switch. Proceed to click on the item to lock/unlock the card.
- Entering Secure PIN:
Enter your 6-digit secure PIN and click "Continue" to initiate the unlocking process.
- Verifying Unlocked Status:
Return to the Card Management screen, where the Lock/Unlock Card switch will confirm that your card is now unlocked.
