6-Digit PIN Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) / Secure PIN Verification:
- Any action in the Card Management Dashboard or changes made in the card settings will require a 6-digit PIN MFA. This 6-digit MFA intended to secure the mobile application usage, including any attempt to change the setting of your virtual debit card-i.
- Actions include viewing card details, card replacement, setting transaction limits, opting in/out of online transactions, opting in/out of overseas transactions, and viewing transaction details.
Account Access Restoration Process for Multiple Failed Attempts:
- Five consecutive failed attempts during 6-digit PIN MFA will initiate the account access restoration process.
- Account recovery involves identification document (ID) verifications, facial recognition (face scan verification), and liveness checks (live identity verification).
Difference from Physical Purchase 6-Digit PIN:
- The 6-digit PIN MFA is specific to account and app access, distinct from the 6-digit PIN used for physical purchases through POS terminals (card payment machines).
Temporary Account Block on Multiple Failures:
- Exceeding 5 attempts during 6-digit PIN MFA results in a temporary block of the account, subsequently blocking the associated card.
Initiation of Account Recovery Process:
- Blocked accounts require the initiation of an account recovery process.
- This process includes identification document (ID) verifications, facial recognition (face scan verification), and liveness checks (live identity verification).
Transaction Restrictions (Limits on Card Usage) upon Account/Card Block:
- Once an account/card is blocked, all online transactions, including e-commerce payments like 'Pay using debit/credit,' are disabled.
- Scheduled and recurring payments are automatically cancelled during the block.
Account/Card Status Impact on Transactions:
- Any account/card status other than 'Active' restricts money outflows from the account.
- Debit transactions are not permitted, but credit transactions still are allowed.
