Managing your DuitNow IDs within the KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app is effortless, offering you control and convenience over your digital banking experience. Whether you're linking a new ID, switching between existing ones, or de-registering/disabling IDs, this guide provides clear instructions on how you can maintain your DuitNow IDs easily within the app.

Find Your ID List 

1. Launching & Logging In: 

Open the app and log in securely.

2. Accessing “Settings”: 

Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.

3. Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”: 

Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".

4. Viewing Your ID List: 

Find a list of IDs associated with your account.

Linking ID 

1. Launching & Logging In: 

Open the app and log in securely.

2. Accessing “Settings”: 

Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.

3. Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”: 

Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".

4. Viewing Your ID List: 

Find a list of IDs associated with your account.

5. Linking Your ID: 

Select your preferred unlinked ID by toggling the switch.

6. Choosing Account & Declaration: 

Select the account to link, tick the Declaration box, and click "Continue".

7. Confirmation: 

Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.

8. Acknowledge & Complete: 

View the acknowledgement screen indicating success or failure. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

Switch ID

1. Launching & Logging In:

Open the app and log in securely.

2. Accessing “Settings”: 

Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.

3. Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”: 

Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".

4. Viewing Your ID List: 

Find a list of IDs associated with your account.

5. Switching Your ID: 

Tap on the “Switch” button next to your unlinked ID.

6. Choosing Account & Confirm: 

Select the account to link, confirm on the pop-up, and click "Yes, Proceed".

7. Confirmation: 

Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.

8. Acknowledge & Complete: 

View the acknowledgement screen indicating success or failure. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

De-register & Disable ID 

1. Launching & Logging In: 

Open the app and log in securely.

2. Accessing “Settings”: 

Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.

3. Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”: 

Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".

4. Viewing Your ID List: 

Find a list of IDs associated with your account.

5. Choosing Action & ID: 

Select your preferred ID to disable or de-register, and choose your action.

6. Choosing Account & Confirm: 

Select the account to link, confirm on the pop-up, and click "Yes, Proceed".

7. Confirmation: 

Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.

8. Acknowledge & Complete: 

View the acknowledgement screen stating your successful deregistration or disablement. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

*Note: If you disable the ID, the status will be updated to "Inactive".
