DuitNow ID Management Center
Managing your DuitNow IDs within the KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app is effortless, offering you control and convenience over your digital banking experience. Whether you're linking a new ID, switching between existing ones, or de-registering/disabling IDs, this guide provides clear instructions on how you can maintain your DuitNow IDs easily within the app.
Find Your ID List
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Accessing “Settings”:
Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.
- Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”:
Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".
- Viewing Your ID List:
Find a list of IDs associated with your account.
Linking ID
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Accessing “Settings”:
Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.
- Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”:
Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".
- Viewing Your ID List:
Find a list of IDs associated with your account.
- Linking Your ID:
Select your preferred unlinked ID by toggling the switch.
- Choosing Account & Declaration:
Select the account to link, tick the Declaration box, and click "Continue".
- Confirmation:
Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.
- Acknowledge & Complete:
View the acknowledgement screen indicating success or failure. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
Switch ID
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Accessing “Settings”:
Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.
- Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”:
Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".
- Viewing Your ID List:
Find a list of IDs associated with your account.
- Switching Your ID:
Tap on the “Switch” button next to your unlinked ID.
- Choosing Account & Confirm:
Select the account to link, confirm on the pop-up, and click "Yes, Proceed".
- Confirmation:
Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.
- Acknowledge & Complete:
View the acknowledgement screen indicating success or failure. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
De-register & Disable ID
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Accessing “Settings”:
Click on the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the app.
- Navigating to “DuitNow ID Management”:
Select "Settings" and then choose "DuitNow ID Management".
- Viewing Your ID List:
Find a list of IDs associated with your account.
- Choosing Action & ID:
Select your preferred ID to disable or de-register, and choose your action.
- Choosing Account & Confirm:
Select the account to link, confirm on the pop-up, and click "Yes, Proceed".
- Confirmation:
Enter your 6-digit PIN to authorise your action.
- Acknowledge & Complete:
View the acknowledgement screen stating your successful deregistration or disablement. Click "DONE" to return to the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
*Note: If you disable the ID, the status will be updated to "Inactive".
