Understanding DuitNow Transfer Limits
At KAF Digital Bank, your DuitNow transfer limits are set according to your account tier. These limits are fixed and cannot be changed manually via the app at this time.
What Are the Current DuitNow Limits?
These limits apply to all outgoing transactions, including DuitNow transfers, QR payments, and debit card transactions.
Can I Increase My DuitNow Limit?
Yes - you can enjoy higher limits by upgrading your account from Basic to Premium Savings Account-i.
How to upgrade:
- Log in to the KAF Digital Bank app.
- Click on “More” and “My Tier”.
- Submit your supporting documents (e.g. 3-month salary crediting bank statements, latest payslip, or EPF statement).

Once approved, your new limits will apply automatically.

Will I Be Asked to Verify Large Transfers?
Yes - for security reasons, any DuitNow transaction exceeding RM10,000 will trigger a selfie verification. Please complete the verification prompt in-app to proceed with the transfer.
