Debit Card-i Replacement

How do I replace my debit card-i?

You can request a debit card-i replacement through the KAF Digital Bank app. Please note that a card replacement fee may apply. [View our full list of Fees and Charges here.]

 

Steps to replace your card in the mobile app

  1. Launch the KAF Digital Bank app
  2. Tap ‘More’ on the bottom panel
  3. Tap ‘Manage Card’ 
  4. Tap on “Replace Card” and you will be guided through the process

 

Your new card will be delivered to you within 7 - 14 working days, and you can activate it once it arrives.
