How Do I Request For a Physical Debit Card-i?

Users with a Basic Plus or Premium Savings Account-i can request a physical card directly in the KAF Digital Bank app. Click here to view details on the card request fee.

Steps

  1. Open the KAF Digital Bank app and go to 'Manage Card'.
  2. Tap ‘Request Physical Card’.
  3. Confirm your mailing address or update it in profile settings.
  4. Enter your preferred name to be displayed on the card (one-word).
  5. Authenticate using your 6-digit app PIN.

Please note: Your card will arrive in 7–14 working days; log back into the app to activate your card once it arrives.
