When conducting your initial bank transfer to activate your account, there are a few pre-requisites to follow for successful account activation and proceed to have your full banking access:
- Ensure that the Bank you are transferring from is a conventional, Islamic bank, or a digital bank, and not an e-wallet service provider.
- Ensure that the name of the sender is the same as your KAF account.
- Ensure that the amount you transfer is no less than RM10.
