Terms and Conditions for The UITM Campaign 2026

The UiTM Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) is organised by KAF Digital Bank Berhad. By participating in this Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Campaign Period

1.1 The Campaign shall comprise two main engagement channels with their respective timelines (collectively the “Campaign Period”):

  • On-Ground Event (Booth Activation): Scheduled exclusively for 7 June 2026.
  • Digital Alumni Outreach Campaign: Commences from the launch date and concludes on a hard cut-off date of 15 July 2026 (11:59 PM), both dates inclusive.

1.2 KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to vary, postpone, or extend the Campaign Period or any specific channel deadline at any time with prior notice via KAF Digital Bank official website, channels or mobile application.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Campaign is open to individuals (“Participants”) who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Malaysian citizens aged 18 years old and above; 
  • Are New-to-Bank (NTB) or new-to-platform users 
  • Belong to the “Warga UiTM” ecosystem, categorised explicitly as either:
  1. Physical attendees of the UiTM booth event on 7 June 2026; or
  2. Verified alumni, students, or staff whose records are present within the official 800,000 outreach mailing list database provided by the UiTM Collaboration Team / Alumni Relations, i.e., Malaysians aged 18 and above 
  • Have downloaded the POD mobile application on their device; and
  • Have enabled third-party data sharing and toggled the marketing promotional consent during the onboarding process to facilitate reward validation and fulfilment.

2.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:

  • Any individuals who are not bona fide members or attendees of the UiTM ecosystem or event as defined above; and
  • Individuals whose POD account has been terminated, closed, suspended, or unsatisfactorily conducted (as reasonably determined by POD in its sole discretion) during the Campaign Period or at the time of reward disbursement.

3. Campaign Mechanics

To qualify for the 2,000 POD Reward Points (“Reward”), Participants must successfully complete the zero-friction onboarding framework during the Campaign Period as outlined below:

3.1 Access via Designated Channels:

  • (On-Ground Booth): Participants must scan the unique “UiTM OneLink” QR code displayed on the physical booth signage or utilise the official dedicated URL provided at the booth.
  • (Digital/Alumni Channel): Participants must click the secure invitation link embedded inside the official campaign Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to navigate to the official “OnzBanking for UiTM” landing page or minisite.

3.2 Account Registration & Onboarding:

  • Download and install the official KAF Digital Bank application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store 
  • Launch the app, select new account registration, complete all profile information details, and explicitly opt-in/toggle the marketing consent checkmark (PDPA compliance).

3.3 Identity Verification:

  • Complete the standard electronic Know-Your-Customer (e-KYC) identity verification process within the app by capturing a clear, legible image of their government-issued identity document.

3.4 Temporal Validation:

  • Only applications that reach “Successful Registration” status and are systematically timestamped before the absolute campaign cut-off at or before 11:59 PM on 15 July 2026 shall be considered for reward qualification.

4. Reward Prizes & Fulfilment SLA

4.1 The Reward: Qualified Participants shall receive 2,000 POD Reward Points, which carry a nominal value equivalent to RM20.00.

4.2 Fulfilment SLA: The Reward will be automatically credited directly into the qualified Participant’s verified POD Smart app within eight (8) working days after the end of the Campaign (calculated from the final campaign closure date of 15 July 2026).

4.3 Conditions of Reward: The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for physical cash or alternative credits. Each Reward point is subject to the standard expiration and utilisation policies of the POD Smart platform.
4.4 Participants would need to download the POD Smart app, complete registration using the same email used during account opening with KAF Digital Bank for the 2,000 points to be credited.

5. Troubleshooting & Support

5.1 Technical Issues: In the event the physical booth QR code fails to scan, participants must request the fallback alphanumeric dedicated URL directly from the on-ground campaign representatives.

5.2 Email Link Non-Receipt: Alumni participants who fail to locate the verification link must check their “Spam”, “Junk”, or “Promotions” folders within their registered personal or corporate inbox.

5.3 Reward Queries: If the Reward points have not been credited into the app wallet after the expiry of the eight (8) working days SLA following the campaign closure, participants must open a support ticket with the KAF Digital Bank  Support team, attaching clear verification of their successful registration timestamp.

5.4 Dispute Window: Any disputes or discrepancies regarding campaign eligibility, conversion tracking, or reward fulfilment must be formally submitted within 14 working days of the Campaign closure date. KAF Digital Bank shall not entertain any claims, appeals, or correspondence submitted after this period.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Data Privacy: By participating in this Campaign, the Participant explicitly agrees that KAF Digital Bank may collect, use, and process the Participant’s personal data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, cross-referencing eligibility with the campaign database, and fulfilling the reward drop. All personal data processing will align strictly with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the Participants agree that these Terms and Conditions must be read together with the terms and conditions of the official KAF Digital Bank Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on [insert KAF Digital Bank Privacy Notice].

6.2 Right to Amend: KAF Digital Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign in whole or in part, or to amend, vary, or modify any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate prior notice posted on the KAF Digital Bank application or official social media channels.

6.3 Finality of Decisions: KAF Digital Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign, including eligibility status, registration timestamps, and reward processing, shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants. No further correspondence, appeals, or legal recourse will be entertained.

6.4 Disqualification: KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or withhold/claw back the Reward if it suspects or finds, in its sole discretion, that the Participant has breached these Terms & Conditions, tampered with the signup tracking paths, or operated their KAF Digital Bank account in an irregular, fraudulent, or improper manner.

6.5 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall KAF Digital Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees, or authorized agents be held liable to any Participant for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to technical infrastructure outages, network failures, or e-KYC scanning delays, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
