I Lost My Debit Card-i

If you have lost your KAF Digital Bank physical card, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Lock your card: Open the app, go to the Cards section, and toggle on the ‘Lock Card’ button to prevent unauthorised transactions. (Read how to here)
  2. Contact Support: Tap the Help button within the app to be navigated directly to our WhatsApp support, or call us at 03 8744 3331.
  3. Request Replacement: If you are unable to lock the card yourself, please navigate to the Replace Lost/Stolen Card option within the Manage Card section.

Note: If you are unable to perform these actions in-app, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
