Navigating through the Help Centre in the KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app is your gateway to a number of resources and assistance to your banking needs. Whether you're seeking answers to common questions, need to contact customer service, or want to explore important documents, our Help Centre is here to guide you every step of the way.

 

 

Here's your guide on how to access and make the most of it 

 

Access on Pre-Login Page: 

  1. Spotting the Help Centre Button: 

Head to the Pre-Login page and spot the “Help Centre” button conveniently located under the Login button.

  1. Tap and Explore: 

Give it a tap! Once you've hit the button, you'll find yourself in the “Help Centre”. Now, you're ready to explore.

  1. Choose Your Category: 

Navigate through the categories and pick the one that aligns with your needs.

 

 

Access After You've Logged In: 

  1. Login and Launch: 

Log in using fingerprint/face recognition and find yourself on the Dashboard.

  1. Spot the Hamburger Menu: 

At the bottom right, you'll see the three-line Menu icon. Tap on it – your gateway to more options.

  1. Select "Help Centre": 

Among the options, you'll find "Help Centre." Tap on it, and you're in!

  1. Explore Categories: 

Just like on the Pre-Login page, choose the category that suits your specific need.

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): 

Dive into our knowledge base website for answers to all your curiosities.

  • Contact Us: 

Need to reach out? Find our Customer Service number and email address right there for you.

  • Agreements: 

Explore essential documents such as Terms and Conditions, Personal Data Privacy Policy, Shariah Terms and Conditions, PIDM document, and our Fee and Charges.

  • Can't Sign In: 

Forget your username? No worries. Request an email with your username by entering your email address, telephone number, and date of birth.

  • Chat With Us: 

Connect with us seamlessly! Tap on "Chat With Us," and you'll be redirected to WhatsApp as part of our omni channel communication.
