Step into Personalization 

  1. Initiating the App: 

Begin your digital banking journey by launching the app and securely logging in using your fingerprint or face ID.

  1. Spotting the Menu Bar: 

On the Dashboard, identify the menu bar positioned at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Three-line Menu Exploration: 

Tap on the three-line Menu icon situated at the bottom right of your screen.

  1. Entering Settings: 

From the menu options, select "Settings" to delve into customisation.

 

Settings Dashboard Categories

  • Sign-In:

E-Banking Access:

  • Configure and manage settings related to your e-banking access. Disabling e-banking Access means that you temporarily suspend your account. By the virtue of that, you are currently unable to access your mobile app account.
  • Profile: 

Change PIN: 

  • Personalise your security with options to modify your 6-digit PIN.

Personal Details: 

  • Update and manage your personal information seamlessly.

Language: 

  • Choose your preferred language setting for an optimised experience.
  • Alerts: 

Security: 

  • Tailor security alerts to keep you informed about account safety.

Account: 

  • Customise alerts related to your account activities.

Transaction & Payment:

  • Stay in control by configuring alerts for transactions and payments.
  • DuitNow:

DuitNow ID Management: 

  • Manage and customise your DuitNow ID settings.

DuitNow QR Management:

  • Take charge of your DuitNow QR settings for enhanced control.
