How to Lock Your Card

Locking the card immediately stops new purchases and ATM withdrawals. This will lock both your Physical and Virtual Debit Card-i. It's also recommended to keep your card locked if you do not foresee using it for an extended period, adding an extra layer of security.

1. Launch your KAF Digital Bank app
2. Go to “More” tab
3. Click on Manage Card
4. Toggle on Lock card
5. Key in your 6 digit PIN number

How to Unlock Your Card
