Terms and Conditions “Premium Promo 818” Uptiering Campaign
1. Introduction
1.1 The "Premium Promo 818" Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is organised by KAF Digital Bank ("KAF DB") in collaboration with SaphX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("POD"), the operator of the POD loyalty system.
1.2 By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Customers (defined below) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with KAF DB’s general terms and conditions for banking products and services, as well as the terms and conditions governing the POD loyalty program.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign shall run from 00:00:01 on 1 December 2025 until 23:59:59 on 18 December 2025 (Malaysia time) (the "Campaign Period").
2.2 Notwithstanding the official Campaign Period, promotional assets (i.e. advertisements) for this Campaign will display the period from 8 December 2025 to 18 December 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility for participation and reward qualification commences from 1 December 2025.
2.3 KAF DB reserves the right to revise the Campaign Period at any time with prior notice, which shall be posted through its official channels or through any other channel that KAF DB deems appropriate.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to New Customers and Existing Customers (collectively, "Eligible Customers") who successfully upgrade to the Premium Savings Account-i (“PSA-i”) tier before the end of the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the PSA-i tier upgrade is deemed successful only when the PSA-i tier is reflected as approved in KAF DB’s system:

3.2 To be eligible for the rewards, Eligible Customers must complete all steps required for the upgrade process, including providing additional KYC documents, and achieve the PSA-i tier before the end of the Campaign Period.
3.3 The typical time required to complete the account opening and upgrade process may take up to twenty-four (24) hours; as such, Eligible Customers are advised to initiate the process before the end of the Campaign Period and maintain an active account on the POD App. Failure to do so will result in the reward being forfeited, and no cash/substitute reward will be provided.
4. How to Participate
4.1 Account Opening: New Customers must first open a KAF DB Savings Account on or during the Campaign Period.
4.2 Upgrade Process: All Eligible Customers must follow the necessary steps to upgrade to the PSA-i tier, which includes:
- Maintaining an active KAF DB Savings Account at all times during the Campaign Period;
- Maintaining an active POD account that is linked to their KAF DB account and
- Successfully upgrade to the PSA-i tier by submitting the required additional KYC documents, including:
- Latest 3 months’ bank statements (showing income deposits); or
- One of the latest documents:
- Payslip;
- EA Form;
- Monthly commission statement; or
- EPF statement
4.3 POD App Requirement (Existing Customers): Existing Customers entitled to the 800 POD Points must download the POD App and open an account with POD to receive and access their reward.
4.4 To ensure your KAF DB reward points are credited succesfully to the POD Savings app, you must register for both KAF Digital Bank and the POD App using the exact email address.
5. Reward Crediting
5.1 Cashback Reward:
- The RM8.00 cashback reward will be credited to the eligible New Customer's KAF DB account.
- The crediting will occur within eight (8) days after the Campaign Period.
- The crediting will be notified via email and listed in the customer's normal account listing with a reference indicating 'Promotion / Reward'.
5.2 POD Points Reward:
- The 800 POD Points will be credited to the eligible Existing Customer's POD account within eight (8) days after the Campaign Period.
- Notification of the crediting will be sent via email and through an in-app notification on the POD App.
5.3 Reward Value and Redemption: POD Points may be exchanged in the POD App for a variety of rewards, including vouchers for coffee and petrol. The notional value of 800 POD Points is RM8.00. The redemption of rewards is subject to the terms and conditions of the POD App.
6. General Terms
6.1 Personal Data: By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customers consent to KAF DB and POD collecting, using, and processing their personal data for the purposes of the Campaign administration, reward fulfilment, and contact, in accordance with the KAF DB and POD’s privacy policies and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
6.2 Non-Transferable: The cashback reward and POD Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, except at the sole discretion of KAF DB and POD, respectively.
6.3 Final Decision: KAF DB’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Campaign, including eligibility and reward fulfilment, shall be final and binding on all parties.
6.4 Variation: KAF DB reserves the sole discretion to reasonably amend, vary or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time prior to or during the Campaign Period, with or without prior written notice.
6.5 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
