General Information

What is the KAF Digital Bank x POD Scan & Collect Campaign?

Every time you make a DuitNow QR payment at any store, reward points are automatically added to your POD App, starting your journey toward easy rewards. Through this campaign, you can also easily collect and redeem POD Reward Points just by participating in other eligible activities within the POD App. You can redeem the rewards you've collected yourself within the app. It's your simple path to great rewards!

How do I join the KAF Digital Bank x POD Scan & Collect Campaign?

Membership is free. Create a POD account. Complete eKYC verification. You will be automatically enrolled in the rewards program!

Do I need a separate app for this program?

Yes. Since the KAF DB and POD apps are separate applications, you need to download both to fully participate in the program and enjoy all the available features.


Reward Point Collection

How do I collect reward points?

You can collect points when you make DuitNow QR payments using your KAF Digital Bank app at any merchant. Just scan and pay—no special merchants are required.

What is the minimum transaction amount to collect reward points?

To be eligible for points, your transaction must be at least RM5 in a single receipt.

How many reward points do I earn per transaction?

You will collect 10 points for each eligible transaction.

Is there a limit on how many reward points can be earned in a day?

Yes, there is a daily limit. You can collect up to 80 points per day, regardless of your total number of transactions. Each eligible transaction collects 10 points, so the maximum number of rewarded transactions per day is 8.

Do all transactions qualify for reward points?

Only DuitNow QR payments made through your KAF Digital Bank app are eligible for points. Other types of transactions, such as bank transfers or online purchases, are not currently eligible.

When will my reward points be credited to my account?

Once eligible activities and transactions are completed and verified by POD or KAF DB, the reward points will appear in your POD reward points balance within 3 business days.


Viewing and Redeeming Reward Points

How can I check my reward points balance?

Log in to your POD account. Check your POD reward points balance and history in the POD reward points section of your profile.

What can I redeem with my reward points?

You can redeem your reward points for items listed on the POD reward points marketplace. Each item or voucher will have a specific number of reward points required for redemption.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Go to the POD reward points marketplace in the POD App. Select the item you want. Click "Redeem" and enter your passcode to redeem your POD reward points. Note: Redemptions are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Users are subject to the terms and conditions (T&Cs) of the redeemed voucher or item.

Do my reward points expire?

Yes. If your account is inactive (no reward points earned) for 24 consecutive months, your accumulated POD reward points will be cancelled. Once they expire, points cannot be reinstated. The transfer of POD reward points from other partner programs to the user's POD reward points account is not considered points earned and, therefore, deleted. Once they expire, points cannot be reinstated. What if my reward points don't show up?

If something isn't right with your POD reward points, email us at info@usepod.com with the relevant details. You have up to 6 months from the transaction date to raise any disputes.
