Error Making Payments with KAF Digital Bank Card

You may encounter a “Card Not Supported” error when using your KAF Digital Bank Visa Debit Card on some merchants’ official websites or apps.

This is because certain merchants do not currently accept our card on their payment systems.

Examples of merchants where this may occur include:
• Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
• Astro
• Celcom

We understand this can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Our team is working closely with payment partners to expand merchant compatibility over time.

In the meantime, we recommend:
• Trying a different payment method for these specific merchants
• Visiting the merchant’s website to check for other supported card types
